Monitoring the quality of customer calls and emails
Providing regular coaching, training, and development to Customer Solutions Specialists along with the Team Leaders
Overseeing quality assurance processes : contact monitoring, evaluation, and calibration
Analyzing quality and performance trends andprovidin improvement recommendations
Giving feedback to management based on monitored customer interactions
Ensuring team awareness of all relevant processes, procedures, and technical documentation
High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
At least B2 level English knowledge (written and verbal)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Good problem solving, organizational and communication skills
Proactivity and adaptability
Previous experience in BPO, customer service, and / or technical support is an advantage
Experience with CRM platform
