Job description
Responsibilities
Provide Excellent Customer Support
Answering incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical issues
Follow up and solving IT incidents
Escalate incidents to Level 2 when unable to resolve the issue via ticketing tool
User Management
Resolving issues as per KB instruction
Responding to incoming emails
Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Excellent and certifiable level of German (C1)
Experience
Experience in Customer Service by telephone
Experience in helpdesk or Technical support
Skills :
Advanced multitasking skill
Friendly and customer focused attitude
Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Quick adaptor
Availability to work a Saturday every 2-3 months
Team player
Capable to handle punctual moments of stress.
