We are offering an exciting and challenging opportunity in the Quality Assurance team of the supplied parts department at the BMW Group Plant Debrecen. Your most important task : to ensure that only impeccable parts are delivered to the assembly lines.

What awaits you?

• Make sure supplier-produced parts fully comply with BMW’s technical specifications.
• Carry out on-site audits to evaluate suppliers' quality management systems and tackle any quality-related issues.
• Identify risks and work on improving both products and production processes.
• Oversee and manage the part approval process from start to finish.
• Support and guide suppliers in developing their quality systems and manufacturing processes to align with BMW standards.
• In case of faulty parts, lead audits, investigate root causes, and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance engineers on quality planning tasks, and stay in regular contact with BMW plants and international teams to solve issues together.
