The Training and Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day Training & Development and Coordination of Managed Service training and on-going development. This includes ensuring that a continually high level of service is provided to the customers as set out in agreements with the client. To provide the mentioned high level of service the person will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the overall qualities provided the TCIS and the services; The Training and Quality Assurance Specialist has the responsibility to perform routine inspections and work with various teams to correct issues that arise in the production process.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage the service training material for both company and client
- Deliver face to face and / or remote training to entire service delivery team members
- Manage and maintain all service team members’ progression with on-going service development
- Create, maintain and manage all services timetable of training for new starters’ inductions for both internal and external customers
- Make effective use of procedural, informational, and technical documentation
- Oversee quality assurance including contact monitoring, evaluation and calibration scoring
- Analyze quality and performance trends to provide recommendations for improvement
