The Senior Customer Solution Advisor for Business AI in CEE is part of CEE Market Development and Advisory leadership team as well as of the Global AI Incubation Team, focused on customer-facing activities that build Business AI pipeline and adoption.
The focus of this role will be to collaborate with the Business AI regional teams as well as with key stakeholders of the CEE countries to :
- Design and execute strategic AI programs, such as the Business AI Jumpstart Discovery Workshops initiative to scale across CEE
- Reinforce regional GTM planning as a commercial & solutions coach to the sales teams
- Build and manage a community of AI advocates across different internal organizations and CEE countries to create and scale market momentum - ensure that AI is positioned in every deal – and drive adoption with tangible outcomes
- Undergird the success of AI adoption initiatives for SAP’s broad Business AI portfolio across lines of business and industries
You will leverage your deep expertise in AI and SAP solutions to deliver unprecedented value to key customers and support the entire sales cycle. Your role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities, providing customized solution demonstrations, and collaborating with the account team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and adoption.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Customer and Partner Engagement :
Coordinate with sales, advisory and services teams to directly address AI-related customer demands and inquiries by creating a scalable approach across CEEDrive strategic customer engagements through effective value executive first discoveries, storytelling and streamlined sales process executionSupport the AI discovery workshops by helping set up the program, conducting and subsequently facilitating workshops with follow-up.Developing new methodologies and training programs around the Business AI customer & partner engagement processProgram Design and Execution :
Assist in the design and implementation of AI incubation programs in collaboration with regional teams & Business AI product teamsGather and incorporate feedback from local teams and customers to improve AI programs and coordinate efforts with regional teamsEnsure consistent delivery and execution standards of AI programs across all CEE countriesPerformance Tracking and Reporting :
Monitor and report on program performance against defined KPIs, including supporting pipeline progression, bookings and adoption metricsCoordinate with sales, marketing and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AIThought Leadership and Enablement :
Serve as a face of AI technologies, trends, and best practices for select events in CEEStay current with AI advancements and contextualize these advancements for the SAP Business AI portfolioEmpower local teams through knowledge-sharing and execution supportCustomer Success Initiatives :
Create lighthouse customer references through adoption initiativesMaintain a direct feedback loop between regional leads, local stakeholders, marketing & product engineeringEmpower the ecosystem to deliver on AI promises by directly supporting Business AI GTM activitiesYOUR PROFILE
Experience :Several years of experience in customer engagements or similar roles in cutting edge-technologies, including AIProven track record designing and coaching sales organizations towards measurable business outcomesExperience engaging with customers and partners to drive AI & cloud software adoptionExisting familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plus
