AS-Quality Program Engineer

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

About the role

The Quality Program Engineer is responsible for providing adequate market quality information to headquarter teams in order to maximize continuous product improvement. This includes building the best-in-class quality management standard and high efficiency, which contributes to the best product quality improvement.

As Quality Program Engineer you will :

• Collect Europe quality information and report to HQ quality team and internal suppliers, cooperate with stakeholders to get solutions and release to Europe market.
• Develop and release materials about product knowledge and product state distinguish notice.
• Monitor the product fault tendency from quality management viewpoint, provide preventive measures.
• Fault parts and special event responsibility verification.
• Quality issue follow up and service campaign management.
• Labour hour rationality improvement feedback.
• Cooperate with Europe and HQ R&D team to continuously improve product quality.
• Other work assigned from line manager.
