Amit várunk :

  • Sikeresen elvégzett szakirányú szakképzés ipari gazdálkodás vagy hasonló területen.
  • Előnyt jelent hasonló pozícióban szerzett tapasztalat autóipari cégnél.
  • Magabiztos MS Office ismeretek, különösen Excelben.
  • SAP rendszerben való jártasság.
  • Kiváló angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban. Német és egyéb nyelvismeret (pl. szlovák) előnyt jelent.
  • Erős csapatmunka-orientáció és ügyfélközpontúság.
  • Hatékony kommunikációs készségek és rugalmasság.

    • Az Ön feladatai :

  • Ügyfélmegkeresések kezelése és árajánlatokká alakítása az értékesítési csapattal együttműködve.
  • Ügyfélrendelések és szerződések kereskedelmi szempontú felülvizsgálata és kezelése.
  • Ügyfél B2B platformok működtetése és karbantartása.
  • Együttműködés a minőségirányítási csapattal az ügyfélpanaszok kezelése érdekében.
  • Riportálási feladatok támogatása és a teljesítménykövetésben való részvétel.
  • Árazási adatok karbantartása az összes sorozatgyártású termékre vonatkozóan az SAP rendszerben, a gyártóüzemek között.
  • A kulcsügyfél-kezelés támogatása a stratégiai és operatív célok elérésében.
  • Keresztfunkcionális együttműködés a logisztika, termelés-tervezés, pénzügy és minőségügy területeivel a zökkenőmentes rendeléskezelés és ügyfélelégedettség biztosítása érdekében.
