Customer Master Data Trainee - Spanish speaking

Feladatok : Customer Master Data and data allowing process efficiency Contract & Commercial conditions management Maintenance (create or update) of approved Gross Price List in the system Create Settlement Request for off-invoice contract and monitor the process of the credit note creation. Analyze customer claims related to master data and find the root cause of the error Elvárások : Ongoing university studies (active student status in Hungary) Min. 30 hour availability / week At least 0.5-1 years’ experience in Customer service in contact with the customers Fluent English and Spanish language written and verbal Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel Előnyt jelent : Knowledge of SAP Second European language is an advantage (preferably Portuguese) Application only with English CV.
