Master Data Associate

Responsibilities : Position Summary :

Fully competent professional, who possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of either MD specific area, performs daily MD tasks and generates ad-hoc data extracts. Requires the readiness and capability of the completion of difficult assignments.

Areas of Responsibility :

• Executes and processes various types of MD requests, complying with different requirements
• Contributes, performs and if needed assists project activities
• Ensures quality of master data in SAP, support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
• Provides help in troubleshooting
• Provides help in maintaining the departmental policies, training documents and performance metrics
• Acts as an enabler of good communication and flow of information in team and interdependent functions
• Contributes to global standardization of processes under supervision
• Performs routine reporting (KPIs, other MD related reports) and mass changes on MD objects
• If needed manages independently sub-projects and small work task within relevant MD area
• Collaboration with other departments
• Understands and able to address / cleanse SAP Master Data duplications
• Executes small work items within relevant MD area with limited support
• Helps in coordinating Master Data junior resources
• Supports processes, changes as tester
• Assists in yearly and ad hoc audit requests
• Assists in MD governance tasks, collaborates with MD governance participants to ensure master data integrity is kept
