Responsibilities :

Ensure and contribute to the leadership of the Logistics function by designing projects, tools & processes in order to standardize and simplify the operations. Ensure local master data quality.

Administer through a workflow and update the product master data base, in concordance with the product life cycle.

• Data Management
• Insure the quality of data controlled by his site Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS) : integrity, compatibility & consistency
• Manage and animate data owners network and process on the quality of data with the appropriate indicators
• Initialize the material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process
• Coordinate the tasks between the different actors in charge of managing the evolutions of products and components, change request flows
• Manage the archiving and removing of Data corresponding to the products life cycle
• Define rules to manage the master databases according to Global and / or Regional guidelines
• Build, manage and communicate the corresponding indicators for efficient quality of data
• With the support of the data owners, participate to maintain the skills of users and train the new comers on the different systems to fulfil their role
• Animates Data SIM of the plant.
• Animates functionally the Data-Ownerson Data topics
• Participates actively to Data Community
• Can also be Data Owner and / or Key-User.
• Manage / fulfil other tasks as defined by a manager
• Collaborate with all of department inside the Plant and central team organization
• Contact with External experts related with data management, ERP system improvement
