The role is a strategic business partner to the Manufacturing business function and is responsible for driving organizational people strategy by leading high impact projects within the assigned business function and various human resources teams. - Develop and drive people strategy aligned to business function strategy such as workforce planning, organizational change, management and leadership development, goal setting, mentoring senior management, focus group facilitation, offsite planning, etc
- Work to identify business needs, partner with HR teams (talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, HR shared services, systems etc) and deploy pragmatic solutions
- Conduct research and perform analysis of data to provide data-informed insights that drive strategic decisions for the functional people and culture strategy
- Recommend talent strategies in support of business initiatives
- Facilitate talent management processes and employee engagement action planning activities throughout the year
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and partner on implementation with the business & HR Center of Excellence (CoE) partners
- Partner closely with functional and geographic HR partners to influence global people strategies and support execution of global programs
- Participate as an integral member of Functional HRBP team and the extended HR community

8+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role / experienceBachelor’s degree or aboveAbility for strategic business partnering, coach and influence senior managementAbility to analyze data, using data to identify insights and recommend solutionsAbility to get results, plan, coordinate, and prioritize with a sense of urgency regarding resultsAbility to build strong working relationships, adjust own interpersonal approach to fit the interpersonal style of othersAbility to communicate effectively, adjust own communication style to fit the audience and the message.
