In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts across multiple business units and countries, working closely with hiring managers, HR, and L&D to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent. You will leverage your sourcing creativity, recruitment expertise, and employer branding skills to elevate our talent acquisition practices to the next level.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill roles across departments and locations.
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement proactive sourcing campaigns targeting both active and passive candidates.
- Write compelling and brand-consistent job adverts to attract top talent.
- Lead employer branding initiatives through job fairs, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D on workforce planning and internal mobility.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on market and competitor trends.
- Mentor junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Technical skills :
Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.Key Competencies :
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).Creative thinker with innovative sourcing techniques.Structured, detail-oriented, and organized.Leadership qualities and team spirit.Qualifications [EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE]
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a BPO, SSC, or multinational environment.Proven success in headhunting and closing senior-level roles.Experience in a multinational context is a plus.Languages
Fluent English (Speech, Written, Reading, Comprehension) B2 or higher.Benefits
