Munkaköri leírásBSc / MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practice. Development of software products in close cooperation with customers, especially for greenfield and innovative solutions. In-depth professional understanding of customer requirements, market needs, and competitor dynamics for the product line. Knowledge of AI and Data Analytics, and experience in introducing new AI / Data Analytics products is a strong advantage. Strong expertise in requirements management (both functional and non-functional). Comprehensive knowledge of state-of-the-art quality frameworks and concepts. Proficiency in agile software development methodologies. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. A proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility and strong decision-making abilities. Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. An innovative mindset and a customer-focused approach. Strong teamwork skills and experience in conflict resolution. Flexibility and willingness to travel. Experience and openness working with nearshore and offshore locations. We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for an Agile Team focusing on technical enhancements and frameworks (both in technology and quality).

In this position you are responsible for providing vision and direction to the Agile Development Team and stakeholders, while maintaining the business and technical integrity of the software. Setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work to optimize the value is part of your role.
Your tasks will include
- Providing vision and direction to the development Team with a strong focus on greenfield, innovative AI and Data Analytics product development.
- Identifying customer needs, creating, prioritizing and explaining the product features to be developed.
- Ensuring transparency and accuracy of the product backlog.
- Collaborating closely with the team and the Architecture Owner, the Chief Product Owner and the other Product Owners of the division and with the disciplinary superior.
- Acting as the "single point of contact" in terms of delivery commitments and scope.
- Negotiating priorities, scope, financing and delivery timelines.
- Defining and communicating releases, product status and milestones, including both functional and non-functional aspects.
- Contributing to the agile transformation processes.
