Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for an Agile Team focusing on technical enhancements and frameworks (both in technology and quality).

In this position you are responsible for providing vision and direction to the Agile Development Team and stakeholders, while maintaining the business and technical integrity of the software. Setting, prioritizing and evaluating the work to optimize the value is part of your role.

Your tasks will include

• Providing vision and direction to the development Team with a strong focus on greenfield, innovative AI and Data Analytics product development.
• Identifying customer needs, creating, prioritizing and explaining the product features to be developed.
• Ensuring transparency and accuracy of the product backlog.
• Collaborating closely with the team and the Architecture Owner, the Chief Product Owner and the other Product Owners of the division and with the disciplinary superior.
• Acting as the "single point of contact" in terms of delivery commitments and scope.
• Negotiating priorities, scope, financing and delivery timelines.
• Defining and communicating releases, product status and milestones, including both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Contributing to the agile transformation processes.
