In this pivotal role, you'll own the creation, optimization, and execution of all offline marketing materials, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand experience across every touchpoint. If you're ready to drive innovation and own a critical piece of our customer journey, read on to learn more.Touchpoint Ownership :Act as the primary owner of offline marketing materials across all print-based customer touchpoints.Responsible to develop the print on demand strategy for the business unit Global Tools (GT) and coordinate with the other stakeholders to ensure an optimized implementationEnsure implementation with the Regions of the GT print on demand strategyDefine and optimize customer journeys for print collateral in alignment with brand and communication strategy.Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Product, UX) to align offline touchpoints with digital experience.Print on Demand Tool Management :Manage and maintain the PoD platform / tool (e.g., integration, user experience, vendor coordination).Oversee tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.Ensure localization and personalization features are functioning and up-to-date.Train internal users and support stakeholders on tool usage and best practices.Content Creation :Create, write, and edit compelling and brand-aligned content for printed materials such as :Product cataloguesFlyers and leafletsPosters and signageEnsure high-quality visual and textual design in collaboration with graphic designers or external agencies.Maintain consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and branding across all print deliverables.Project & Process Management :Plan and execute end-to-end print projects, from ideation to production and distribution.Manage print production schedules and coordinate with print vendors when needed.Monitor the effectiveness of offline materials and implement improvements based on analytics or stakeholder feedback.QualificationsWhich requirements are important to us?BackgroundYou have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus). -ExperienceYou have experience in multi language print-on-demand / catalogue management. Good expertise in print on demand systems and databases. You have high expertise in branding. InDesign and Photoshop knowledge is huge advantage. -PersonalityYou have detail-oriented mindset, and you have strong user centered approach. You have excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. -Working practiceYou are able to identity the focus topics, what kind of offline materials need, learn to collaborate stakeholders and create the content, create materials ready to use for regions, develop tools and manage more project related tasks. -LanguagesYou are fluent in English.
