As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

Within GTS as a System Owner you will be part of our Technology Sourcing Innovation (TSI) team who continually refines and develops GTS’s global process and system vision and executes transformation programmes. TSI serves as a driving force to deliver real, implemented, change to the business and to measure and track qualitative and quantitative benefits. TSI provides leadership regarding the pursuit of process standardisation across the group and the continual refinement and optimisation of GTS’s operating model to adapt to business needs.

On a daily basis :

• You design and deliver according to the global system vision
• You define global usage standards for these tools across the group
• You evaluate the impact on business performance during design and delivery phases
• You continually improve Business as Usual (BAU) in-life systems
• You define the development roadmap for tools and recommend improvements
• You assess and decide on app enhancement requests for major systems
• You oversee development, backlog, testing, and release for agreed app enhancements for major systems
• You act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Group Information Services (GIS) to ensure transparency and resource scheduling for updates / releases
• You provide subject expertise and guidance to GIS during development and testing phases, including core testing
• You provide detailed input and expertise to various teams and managers
• You align system functionality with legislative requirements
• You review business communications and training materials.
