We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our Budapest team!

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive business growth by attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships in line with AsstrA’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions that ensure long-term success.
  • Lead negotiations and create compelling quotes that win business.
  • Schedule and conduct impactful B2B meetings to build strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to final agreement, ensuring smooth cooperation and documentation.
  • Own and exceed sales KPIs, contributing to AsstrA’s growth and success.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales within an international logistics company.
  • Fluent in both English and Hungarian – communication is key!
  • A solid understanding of the logistics market, freight forwarding, and transportation.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills that impress clients and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and always aiming for results.
  • A passion for customer success and business development.
