People Operations Coordinator

Are you passionate about HR operations and ready to make an impact across the EMEA region? Everbridge is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to deliver exceptional HR services, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team supporting a global tech organization.  This is a hybrid position, requiring 1–2 days per week in our Budapest office.

What you'll do :

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for Hungary-based new hires, including orientation delivery.
• Own and execute employee lifecycle processes (job changes, offboarding, data updates, etc.) across EMEA.
• Handle tier-1 employee inquiries on HR systems, policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Use case management tools to resolve issues efficiently, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance, including sick leave, probation, and training.
• Drive process improvements and support HRIS (UKG) usage and optimization.
• Assist with system rollouts, updates, and documentation of HR workflows.
• Provide occasional project and compliance support to the wider P&C team.
