We are looking for a finance professional with 3-5 years of solid experience across various finance roles, with a strong understanding of diverse financial processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Record to Report (RTR) operations , including general ledger and controlling.
Given the dynamic, start-up nature of our business, this role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment while managing day-to-day finance tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting activities for the assigned entityPrepare and review of journal entriesPrepare and review of reconciliations and other schedules required as part of the month-end and quarter-end close processComplete the KDN's income statement and balance sheet, including monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accountsEnsure quality of accounting to ensure compliance with KDN Finance Principles and Policies and accuracy in all financial reporting is maintained,Assist in finalizing intercompany reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basisAssist in preparation of annual financial statements as necessaryWork with service providers on enhancing finance and accounting systems and implementing new functionalities and reportsAssist in preparation of working papers and any additional information for the interim and annual auditSupport interim and annual statutory and internal audits of all KDN entitiesAs needed assist in the set-up of the financial reporting for new entities including the set-up and testing of new month end reconciliations and closing entriesEnsure quality and consistency in financial reportingHelp to optimize the month end close process through increased automationOther ad hoc and special projects as assigned from time to timeSupporting continuous improvement and process optimization in all areas of KDN FinanceRequirements
Minimum 3 years progressive financial and management accounting experience (GL, Controlling, audit, FP&A)Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and SOX requirementsExperience performing financial reporting tasks for a US or UK listed company is preferredMinimum an undergraduate degree in preferably in finance and accountingCPA or other comparable accounting qualificationNumerate with advanced Excel skillsFluent English language skillsSelf-motivated and proven ability to manage to deadlinesCommitted to delivering results with the ability to work with minimal directionExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailManages conflicting demands and prioritiesIdentifies lessons learned from challenging incidentsActively gathers knowledge, learns from experience, and learns from othersElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
