Yourmissions : ABOUT THE JOB

Ceva-Phylaxia seeks applicants for the full-time position of Senior Accountant in the Accounting Team within the Finance Directory of Ceva’s Phylaxia Campus in Budapest’s 10th district. This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of 10 days per month.

The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health Group. The Accounting Team plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and provides essential support to internal and external stakeholders through precise reporting and reconciliation processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the financial integrity of our operations by managing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and contributing to periodic closings and audits. Your role will ensure consistent compliance and high standards of accuracy in all financial processes.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Verify and account for vendor invoices in compliance with internal procedures
• Maintain active communication with internal departments, external partners, and the parent company
• Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly
• Prepare periodic financial reports and ad hoc statements
• Contribute to monthly and year-end closing activities
• Participate actively in internal and external audit processes
