Közel 30 éve a hazai kereskedelmi piacon jelenlévő, ingatlan bérbeadással, tanácsadással és kezeléssel foglalkozó, dinamikusan fejlődő partnerünk részére keresünk Senior Property Managert.

Job description

Senior Property Manager kolléga feladatai :

a cégcsoporthoz tartozó kereskedelmi és ipari ingatlanállomány gazdálkodási feladatainak ellátása

a létesítmények folyamatos, magas minőségű üzemeltetésének biztosítása

a kezelt kereskedelmi és ipari ingatlanok műszaki állapotának pontos és aktuális ismerete

komplex kereskedelmi és ipari ingatlankezelési feladatok elvégzése

együttműködés a megbízókkal, alvállalkozókkal

folyamatos bérlői kapcsolattartás személyesen és telefonon : ipari és kereskedelmi ingatlanok látogatása, ellenőrzése, felújítások felügyelete, bérlők tájékoztatása

adatkezelés, riportok készítése

reklamációkezelés, problémamegoldás

műszaki csapat irányítása

Requirements

Az ideális jelölt rendelkezik :

felsőfokú, vagy műszaki végzettséggel

határozott, ambiciózus fellépéssel és fejlett asszertív kommunikációs készséggel

stratégiai gondolkodásmóddal

felsőfokú angol nyelvtudással

ingatlanpiacon, hasonló munkakörben szerzett több éves tapasztalattal
