Yourmissions : ABOUT THE JOB
Ceva seeks applicants for the full-time position of Territory Manager in the Ruminant team within the Commercial Directory of Ceva’s Phlyaxia commercial HQ in Budapest’s 9th district.
This is a role which requires extensive travel in West Hungary.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the role involves managing and expanding customer relationships with ruminant clients in Western Hungary, focusing on dairy farms, by driving sales, meeting revenue targets, identifying growth opportunities, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, resolving service issues, and reporting to the Ruminant Cluster BU manager.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Regular visit to ruminant clients in West Hungary (Győr-Sopron, Komárom, Fejér, Veszprém, Vas, Zala, Baranya, Tolna and Pest counties)
- Maintaining customer relationships, mainly dairy farms, meeting sales targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations within Western Part of Hungarian area. They devise sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales

- Responsible for meeting revenue targets, improving market share, and acquiring new customers in each territory
- Facilitate communication between customers (veterinarians, herd management) and people in Ceva's research and development, sales management and customer support departments
- Follow up any problems associated with delivery or service, strategic product stock level
- Initiate relevant solutions to production, delivery and service problems
- We are seeking out people in Ceva's organization who could help meet our customers’ future needs
- Bring customer problems to the attention of the Ruminant Team to figure out fast and effective solutions as soon as possible
- Organize and facilitate regular common (Ceva-Customer) team meetings to recognize the customer’s immediate or longer-term needs
- Prepare and submit reports to the Ruminant Cluster BU manager

University of Veterinary Sciences (or equivalent) in Agricultural sciences or agro-ecologyMinimum 3 years of experience in Agriculture in livestock managementEnglish (conversational)Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Social Media platforms
