Key responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate the controlling team, acting as a people manager and escalation point for all controlling activities.Serve as a subject matter expert, reviewing and guiding the work of junior and senior team members.Deliver complex, group-level financial analysis and ensure high-quality management reporting.Oversee period-end closing processes, including accruals, journals, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting.Maintain compliance with KDN Finance Principles and Policies, ensuring accuracy in all financial outputs.Coordinate invoice approval workflows and maintain cost center and reporting structures.Support interim and annual audits by reviewing working papers and ensuring audit readiness.Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with service providers to enhance finance systems and reporting tools.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance / AccountingCPA or other comparable accounting qualification7+ years of progressive experience in RTR field (GL, controlling, audit, FP&A)At least 2 years of team coordination experienc e including evaluation of team membersKnowledge in IFRSStrong written and spoken English language knowledgeAbility to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong collaboration and communication skillsElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
