About Our Client

Our Client is a highly regarded contracting and construction company, well-established in both national and international markets. Their projects range from aluminum and glass railings to custom furniture, hotel construction, and since 2016, reinforced concrete structures. With their own formwork system and partnerships with leading concrete manufacturers, they deliver precise and professional results. Their focus is on residential, public, industrial buildings, hotels, and monumental renovations. They are expanding with upcoming real estate development projects.

Role : Construction Site Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed on-site to the highest quality and within the required timeframes. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee the smooth running of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement tasks as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Organize and coordinate the construction site, managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure the proper organization and execution of on-site construction processes.
• Represent the company on-site.
• Assist the Project Manager in reviewing and processing subcontractor and supplier offers.
• Interpret and manage construction plans, ensuring subcontractors are using the correct designs.
• Supervise and direct on-site employees and subcontractors, ensuring immediate action for critical tasks.
• Prepare, track, and update schedules.
• Perform on-site quality control and take corrective measures when necessary.
• Handle day-to-day communications with architects, subcontractors, authorities, and neighboring buildings' representatives.
• Maintain up-to-date construction logs and other necessary site documentation.
• Manage on-site materials and equipment.
• Enforce safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in regular and emergency on-site coordination meetings.
• Verify subcontractor performance and assist in preparing project approvals.
• Assist with technical handovers and project closure administration.
