What success looks like in this role :
This role functions as an execution-focused position, reporting and strongly collaborating with the Unisys OCM Lead
The Analyst-OCM serves as the primary resource for developing print and digital communications for both client and internal OCM projects. They are responsible for creating a variety of materials, including videos, brochures, posters, OCM Solution Briefs, and plans related to OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other initiatives.
In addition to their communication responsibilities, the Analyst-OCM also contributes to the design and development of OCM collateral.
The Analyst-OCM actively supports change management activities within Unisys OCM projects and plays a crucial role in meeting communication and project performance requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives.
You will be successful in this role if you have :
Preferred qualifications include holding a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or business.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields such as marketing, communications, IT project coordination or training is required.
Proficiency in various software tools, including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and video editing software like WeVideo, as well as skills in storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools.
Exceptional writing skills, encompassing the ability to distill information into clear and concise messages, suitable for both detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
Demonstrated capability to work independently, collaborate with remote teams, think creatively, self-manage time, and proactively contribute to project advancement.
Additional experience with technology implementations is considered a valuable asset.
