Our client is a joint venture of an international organisation in the defense and automotive industry and an IT System integrator. The headquarter is in Budapest and their initial mission is to provide project- and operations-related IT services to the parent company's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, our client plans to expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.
Your tasks will be :
- Manage IT projects within complex system environments, including coordination with third-party systems (e.g., Jira, SAP).
- Lead and actively contribute to test management activities, including test planning, execution coordination, and evaluation of results.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional integration requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and platform interoperability.
- Provide structured onboarding and knowledge transfer to external service providers and partners.
- Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders to support project goals.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAP effectively in integration and project contexts.
- Work independently with a structured approach, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities
Requirements
Experience in IT project management, ideally in complex system landscapes with interfaces to third-party systems (e.g., Jira, SAP)Solid knowledge of test management and active participation in test phases, e.g., test planning, coordination, and result evaluation.Technical understanding of platform architectures, APIs, and integration mechanisms (e.g., REST, webhooks).Experience in creating technical and business-related integration requirements and requirements management.Proven ability to share knowledge, particularly in structured onboarding and handover to external partners or service providers.Strong communication and facilitation skills to mediate between internal stakeholders, developers, and integration partners.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAP – ideally in integration scenarios.Independent, structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibilityEnglish language knowledgeGerman language knowledgeBenefits
