Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including specifications, availability, and purchasing processes.
- Handle order processing, returns, and warranty issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services, along with industry trends.
- Document customer interactions and effectively communicate feedback to relevant departments for service improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Requirements
