- Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients in the construction industry through phone, email, and chat.

- Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, tools, and services offered.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to inform clients about ongoing projects and updates.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to reporting and analytics for service improvement.
Requirements
