Responsibilities
- Handle emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers with quick and professional responses.
- Assess emergency situations and provide clear, supportive guidance while coordinating with service teams.
- Ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed through the roadside assistance process.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with local service providers to deliver timely assistance and solutions.
- Engage in continuous training to improve your knowledge and skills in roadside assistance services.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and feedback.
Requirements
Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure during emergency situations.Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance roles is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to support.A commitment to excellence in customer care and service delivery.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits
