Data Analyst (1-year fixed-term)

• Ensure the availability quality and integrity of data across Seeds Field Crops quality-testing activities.
• Lead and deliver analytical projects at global regional and country level.
• Develop maintain and continuously improve KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for laboratory performance monitoring and management decision-making.
• Analyse quality-testing and project data translating findings into practical decision-enabling insights.
• Develop predictive models that support test reduction and earlier operational decisions.
• Support seasonal and short-term test-volume planning across laboratory regional and global operations.
• Ensure global analytical outputs align with relevant company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytical tools methodologies and data-governance practices across the global seed-testing network.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Business Administration Supply Chain Economics or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI and SQL; Python or R skills are an advantage.
• Understanding of basic statistical analysis and experience working with complex multi-source datasets.
• Ability to turn data into clear actionable business recommendations and communicate analytical outcomes to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project-management principles and tools such as Agile PMI or equivalent.
• Able to work independently manage deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a global multicultural environment.
