About the role

Customer Support Technician role with a confidential international gaming and digital entertainment company, focused on Czech- and Slovak-speaking customer support, technical troubleshooting, complaint handling and product assistance. What you'll do

• Customer Support

What we're looking for

• Czech B2/C1 Slovak B2/C1 English B2
• Secondary or higher education
• Strong interest in consumer electronics / gaming technology
• Good computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service / contact centre experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly
• Ability to work towards performance targets
• Willingness to work on-site in Budapest
