Revenue Manager

You will take ownership of the hotels revenue strategy balancing short-term opportunities with long-term commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the hotels overall revenue management strategy
• Optimising occupancy ADR RevPAR and profitability
• Managing pricing inventory restrictions and distribution across all relevant channels
• Analysing market trends competitor activity demand patterns and booking behaviour
• Leading forecasting budgeting and commercial performance analysis
• Identifying new revenue opportunities across segments and channels
• Working closely with Sales Marketing Reservations and Operations to maximise total hotel performance
• Providing clear commercially focused insights and recommendations to the leadership team
• Monitoring performance and taking decisive action in a rapidly changing market
• Supporting a culture of data-driven commercially smart decision-making

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a strategy conversation.

You bring:

• Proven experience in Revenue Management within hotels
• Strong understanding of pricing forecasting distribution and demand management
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about market trends
• Confidence using revenue management and hotel technology systems
• The ability to turn complex data into clear actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• A proactive hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking
• Fluency in English and in Hungarian
