Responsibilities
KPI tracking of 3PL Service Providers
Perform Invoice control checks and provide payment advise to higher level
Assists supervisor and other team members with the management of daily activities
Creation of adhoc reports upon request by central 3PL team using different data sources to support the daily business and verify process improvements
support the central 3PL team with the creation of new desk procedures for Service Providers
investigate the liability of dealer claims by working with different teams and reduce the occurrences; Follow-up claims and handle escalated cases
Recognize and recommend areas needing improvement. Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities
Project coordination and process improvement
Data collection for internal and external audits
Qualifications
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
2 years logistic or automotive experience experience in 3PL Logistics preferable
Capability for project coordination
Fluency in English and Hungarian
cross linked thinking proactively working motivation
Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (very good Excel knowledge including formulas and Pivot Tables)
