- Act as a strategic finance partner turning financial data into actionable business insights.
- Challenge the status quo and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance efficiency and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation AI and data-driven solutions.
- Support reporting forecasting budgeting and business planning activities.
- Contribute to building a modern digitally enabled Finance organization.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling financial analysis or business partnering.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand business drivers beyond the numbers.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
- Genuine interest in AI automation digitalization and modern analytical tools.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to independently explore and test new solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English (German is a plus).
- Curious self-driven and eager to create tangible business impact.
