As Corporate Finance Expert, you will play a key role in shaping capital and financing structures and providing Treasury advisory for subsidiaries across MOL Group’s portfolio. Beyond, you will support mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions from a Treasury perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Develop subsidiary financing solutions to ensure optimal liquidity and long-term financial stability of assigned subsidiaries;
• Shape the capital structure of subsidiaries and make dividend proposals;
• Support subsidiaries’ business activities by structuring and issuing parent company guarantees and other commitments;
• Act as Treasury advisor in ongoing M&A transactions, covering deal financing structuring, parent company support mechanism, payment flows and other Treasury topics (including securities, currency)
• Draft and negotiate subsidiary financing related agreements and review M&A transaction documents from a Treasury perspective
• Play an active role in post-transaction integration processes, including financial restructuring and Treasury integration of new subsidiaries
• You will manage a wide stakeholder group: you will closely cooperate with subsidiary CFOs, other Finance areas, M&A and Legal.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• 5 years of relevant professional experience (Treasury, Corporate Finance, M&A, funding)
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, Treasury M&A knowledge (incl. related documentation) is an advantage
• Ability to work independently on complex topics while coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and sound business judgment
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Confident user of MS Office applications
• Willingness to work in an international environment
