Technical Product Manager - german speaking @ Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary

• Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
• University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in both classical and agile project / product management methodologies.
• Experience in managing complex, strategic, and group-wide projects.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, with experience in both technical and leadership development products.
• Knowledge of HR development processes and trends, ideally within a large organization.
• Proficient in customer-centric design processes and tools (e.g., design thinking).
• Good understanding of software / hardware technologies and market dynamics.
• Strong facilitation, moderation, and communication skills for both virtual and in-person settings.
• Proven experience working with senior management and presenting to top-level executives.
• High level of organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international collaboration and virtual team environments.
