Lead Software Development Engineer

• You will utilize your experience in software development with at least 5+ years of proven experience in test automation as part of a software engineering team.
• Coding : Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code in object-oriented programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Ruby). Strong understanding of React and TypeScript.
• Automation : Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium / Selenide, Cypress / Playwright, Postman, performance testing tools.
• CI / CD : Expertise in CI / CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Spinnaker).
• Monitoring : Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana).
• Cloud : Familiarity with cloud-native, high-traffic SaaS infrastructure and technologies like AWS Services : S3, Aurora, EKS.
• Exploratory testing : Manual testing as needed for bug bash, accessibility, security, or to support test design and automation.
• Process : Comfortable with modern workflows and tools like SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GSuite.
• Communication : Fluent in English (verbal and written), able to clearly articulate problems and solutions.
• Mindset : Eager to learn new things, improve skills, apply knowledge, and suggest solutions.
