About the Role
Global Mobility Coordinator supports all international relocations for KPMG Global Services and assists with Hungarian immigration and permanent residency matters. As a Global Mobility Coordinator, you will help deliver these services by managing cases, coordinating with global colleagues, and ensuring smooth, compliant processes for international moves. The GO program is KPMG’s international assignment program, facilitating the movement of our people on short- and long-term assignments to KPMG offices around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned cases, including immigration, relocation and related matters.Deliver the Global Mobility program for KPMG Global Services, including tracking and managing inbound and outbound assignees.Act as the main contact for internal clients and stakeholders, providing guidance and approvals.Coordinate the preparation of assignment cost-sharing agreements and terms and conditions, ensuring all required approvals are obtained.Arrange services (internal and external) according to program eligibility.Liaise with stakeholders and global mobility counterparts across KPMG member firms on policies and documentation.Review the taxability of mobility benefits and coordinate reporting with the KPMG Tax Advisory TeamRespond to inquiries from recruiters, HR colleagues, candidates and employees, cooperate with the Talent Acquisition TeamSupport finance tasks, including invoice reviews, submissions, tracking, and reporting.Contribute to process improvements in all relevant areas.Assist EU citizens with immigration procedures and address registration at the Hungarian Immigration Office.Manage TAJ (social security) and tax registrations for EU citizens with the relevant authorities.Handle registrations and deregistrations at the start and end of employment for EU citizens.Requirements
2 years of experience in Global Mobility and Immigration or RelocationPrior HR experience is an advantageImmigration process knowledge for EU employees, including EU registration, tax number, and TAJ (Social Security) applications is an advantageCollege or university degree, or relevant job experienceFluent English and Hungarian knowledgeSuperior MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skillsAbility to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsClient-oriented, pro-active, service-minded, and a real team player attitudeAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong analytic and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detailCan handle confidential information professionally and discreetlyElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
