Communication & Collaboration : Serve as the main point of contact between the BI / Therefore development team and business departments to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements Management : Collect, analyze, and document business needs for reporting (KPIs, dashboards, etc.) and workflow solutions.
Solution Design & Planning :
Involves identifying data sources, designing data table structures, and documenting solutions.
Translating business needs into software requirements, designing high-level solutions, and identifying integration needs.
Task & Project Support :
Create a work breakdown structure for implementation.
Create JIRA tickets and assist the Product Owner and Supervisor with scheduling.
Support developers throughout the development process.
Testing & Support :
Prepare and execute test cases.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
Provide second-line support for BI solutions and analyze error reports.
Documentation & Training :
Prepare user documentation, such as data catalogs and KPI definitions.
Maintain internal documentation.
Conducting user training.
