Purpose of the position :
The Senior Network Development Manager will report to the Head of Network Development. The role’s primary responsibility will be to coordinate one of the three core WIZZ regions (CEE, West and East) by leading a sub-team of Network Development Managers. The Senior Manager will be the responsible to develop the route network of that region and shape the future of W500.

Responsibilities :
Leading a sub-team of Network Development ManagersAssessing new markets based on strategic fit, financial performance, and growth potentialAnalyse financial forecasts for potential new routes and basesAssessing competition in terms of strategic plans, capacity changes, strengths / weaknesses and recommending actions based on the risks and opportunitiesWorking with the Revenue Management and Airport Development teams to determine amendments to existing routes, frequencies and airportsManaging the airport mix to ensure it does not exceed budgeted costsBuilding relationships with airports and third parties (regions, tourism bodies, Civil Aviation Authorities, etc.)Present to Senior Management relevant business casesRequirements :
Completed university or college degree is a mustStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood leadership and people management skillsBusiness mindset and ability to synthesize information into recommendationsGood oral and written presentations skillsTeamwork and strong interpersonal skillsFluent spoken / written EnglishAbility to live and work in Budapest, HungaryFlexibility to travel as required away from Head OfficeLI-DL1
