As a Service Operations Leader  at Honeywell, in Budapest , you will be responsible for effective customer engagement with assigned customer territory (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia), delivery coordination and execute all committed SERVICE

CONTRACT deliveries in manner that ensure compliance to Honeywell and Customer Health. This role require business trips and meeting clients at their workplace.

• Ensure Contracts meet their KPIs and discuss KPI performance with customers, identify Honeywell solutions to offer Customers
• Coordinate with the Back Office to review and correct Customer asset, account team, and contract information in SFDC or

other software applications.
