Feladatok

  • Az indirekt beszerzési terület teljes körű vezetése (pl. marketing, IT, HR, utazás, flottakezelés, facility, K+F, capex, opex)
  • Beszerzési stratégia kialakítása és megvalósítása a vállalati célokkal összhangban
  • Költségmegtakarítási lehetőségek azonosítása, tárgyalások lefolytatása, szerződéskötések koordinálása
  • Beszállítói kapcsolatok kezelése, beszállítói teljesítményértékelés, alternatívák keresése
  • Csapat vezetése, motiválása és fejlesztése
  • Folyamatfejlesztési és -automatizálási projektek vezetése
  • Belső érintettekkel való szoros együttműködés (pl. pénzügy, jog, műszaki osztályok)
  • Rendszeres riportálás a vezetőség felé, KPI-ok, megtakarítások és projektstátuszok prezentálása
  • Részvétel EMEA szintű beszerzési projektekben, tenderekben

Elvárások :

  • Felsőfokú végzettség (gazdasági vagy műszaki területen előny)
  • Több éves tapasztalat indirekt beszerzésben, különböző kategóriákban
  • Vezetői tapasztalat, csapat irányításában szerzett rutin
  • Kiváló tárgyalási és kommunikációs készség
  • Erős analitikai és problémamegoldó képesség
  • Projektmenedzsment tapasztalat
  • Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás
  • SAP, Ariba vagy más beszerzési rendszerek ismerete előny
