As an EMEA Indirect Tax Specialist you will will work closely with the European business to support the EMEA Tax Manger in all aspects of European indirect taxes, particularly VAT, Intrastat and EC Sales List.

This is a newly created position with a clear career progression path for an ambitious individual.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

• Preparation of Indirect Tax Returns, particularly but not limited to, VAT returns, Intrastat Declarations and EC Sales Lists to ensure these are completed accurately and filed on time.
• Maintaining VAT tax codes in Oracle software and updating as required.
• Improve tax governance by updating customer / supplier information in Master Data.
• Assist with tax authority reviews and audits.
• Monitor changes in European tax law, particularly for indirect taxes.
• Provide timely tax advice to the European business and Group Tax team.
• Tax compliance process and control improvement.
• Assist with the preparation of corporate tax returns.
• Assist with the preparation of half-yearly and annual tax entries for group reporting.
