Munkaköri leírásRendelkezel felsőfokú gazdasági / HR vagy középfokú szakirányú végzettséggel. Van legalább 2 év szakmai tapasztalatod bérszámfejtés területén. TB kifizetőhelyi tapasztalatodat is értékeljük. Dolgoztál már bérügyviteli szoftver rel, profin használod az Excel t. Beszélsz angolul , hiszen nemzetközi környezetben fogsz dolgozni. Precíz vagy és alapos , felelősséget vállalsz a rád bízott munkáért. Nyitott vagy a fejlesztésekbe való bekapcsolódásba és az innovatív megoldásokra. Olyan munkahelyet keresel, ahol nem csak a szakmai, de az emberi kapcsolatok is fontosak.
Ez lesz a feladatod :
- Ügyfeleink részére végzett teljes körű bérszámfejtési és TB ügyintézési szolgáltatások biztosítása.
- Részvétel új ügyfelekkel kapcsolatos migrációs projektekben.
- Munkabér és egyéb bérjellegű kifizetések (megbízási díjak, tiszteletdíjak, műszak-és túlóra pótlékok, havi-, óra-és teljesítménybér stb.) számfejtése .
- Havi adatszolgáltatási kötelezettségek teljesítése.
- Kifizetőhelyi nyilvántartások vezetése.
- Önálló ügyfél-kommunikáció.
- Kapcsolattartás a hivatalos szervekkel.
