Establishing good relationships with internal and external partners, Keeping in touch with designated clients both by phone and e-mail, Order management from order entry to invoicing within the specified deadlines; preparing credit notes, Answering general product-related questions, primarily about possible delivery times, Checking order data with information in the company ERP system, Updating customer master data (contacts, order updates, etc.), Arranging freight primarily with parcel delivery service providers, Preparing advance request letters and advance invoices, Receivables management (continuous follow-up and reminders to customers), Complaint and return handling, Supporting company goals by achieving the goals assigned to the department, Preparing long-term supplier statements, Performing other tasks as instructed by the managing director or direct superior] Requirements : MS Office, Call center, Logistics, Customer service
