The Global HR Service Coordinator (French / German / Spanish speaking) acts as a first point of contact for the Company’s associates on wide range of HR-related queries. Providing either first-level support to the queries raised via the ticketing system or coordinating the resolution of queries with the dedicated HR Associates (HR Business Partners, Local HR Coordinators) in the supported countries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first line HR service support for employees and managers on wide ranging HR related requests.
Review and process requests and transactions
Maintain full knowledge and understanding of end-to-end global business processes, requirements and best practices for Human Resources
Perform responsibilities in full compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures
Contribute to the individual and overall user satisfaction
Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes within area of influence
Deliver services / support to the business within the agreed service level agreements
Maintain positive work relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively and ensure excellent service delivery
LANGUAGE SKILLS
High command of Hungarian and English is a must; in addition high command of French, German or Spanish is needed.
