Position overview

Diligent is looking for a UX Research Intern to join our small but mighty UX Research team.  As a UX research intern, you will have the opportunity to take part in user-centric product development by supporting research and helping the team to provide actionable insights to inform product design decisions. You will collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.

• Work as part of the UX research team and contribute to various UX research activities.
• Support team members in their daily tasks.
• Take part in primary and secondary research activities.
• Support the team in creating research artifacts like personas, journey maps.
• Help framing problems, ideating on research methodologies.
