Office Service Coordinator

Visitor management and reception duties. Mail, package handling, and courier services coordination. Event planning and execution support. Contract management and archiving. Vendor liaison and procurement support. Office supplies and fleet management. Onboarding and offboarding support for employees. Purchase Order (PO) support. Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned. Elvárások / Requirements High school diploma; college degree preferred. Proficient English skills (written and spoken); additional language skills a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities.
