Role Summary
The Sales Administrator Commercial Sales provides global process support for inbound business and supports customers within the company size 1–100 employees, assisting Commercial Account Managers, partners and distributors with quotes, Deal Registration handling, discretionary discounting, mid-term upgrades, licensing support and other sales related activities.
What You Will Do :
- Work as an overlay Sales Support / Sales Administrator for the Central (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe) Region Commercial team.
- Support the team in daily tasks and work with corresponding teams like renewal team and channel
- Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Understand end-to-end processes across the deal registration flow process including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to quickly resolve issues.
- Update CRM () with conversations and other pertinent information.
- Effectively communicate with Sophos partners and distributors using phone and our Sales Engagement Platform ().
- Work within the wider Commercial team to implement scalable programs and process improvements to drive efficiency of internal processes and improve customer experience.
- Regularely interact with internal Teams
- Data management in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Participation at internal education and training programs
