This role is crucial in ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital workplace experience for our employees across multiple locations.

Please note : While we are a consulting company , this is an internal IT role . You will be working for our own organization , not for external clients. Our IT team is responsible for providing a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace for our employees worldwide.

Your role at delaware

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the M platform , including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
• Manage and optimize user lifecycle processes , including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control across Microsoft and Entra ID .
• Ensure role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles are followed.
• Implement, maintain, and enforce M security policies (e.g., Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Endpoint Protection via Intune ) in close collaboration with the Digital Workplace and Security team .
• Implement and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and retention policies to ensure regulatory compliance and data governance.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track M usage, security posture, and service health.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for M-related issues , providing Tier 2 / 3 support for users and IT teams.
